Hello,
We recently bought a property. The fence of the plot is a typical one with the white balustrade. I would like to close the openings between them, for privacy reasons and thinking off doing it myself.
What is the best solution ? Advantages/disadvantages/ price ?

Have a look at what other people around you have done. You can't change the wall without planning permission, and it's doubtful you would be given permission, but you could put some of that bamboo-type vertical fencing inside it. It comes in rolls.

I’ve seen the type of artificial reed or grasses on rolls / sheets
I guess the exposure it gets to strong winds would be a big factor on what to choose for best
