Hi Guys just over for a week and I noticed driving along the Avenue to the small roundabout near los Dolas , the vacant ground has been levelled out in what looks like preparations for what could be more buildings going up, any of you know what’s going up there??

Yep that’s the place , yes I’ve driven down there many a time and the amount of apartments is mind boggling, I heard a whisper that it was going to be an extension to the shopping centre, do they have local planning websites here?

In the past couple of weeks two large plots of land have been levelled nearby. Usually developers would erect fencing afterwards, and there is no sign of that. I am beginning to think that it might be because they are looking around to see what is the best site in Orihuela Costa to build the new additional medical centre. Watch this space!! (In fact, watch all the spaces)😄
The smaller flattened area on the left is going to be a petrol station , or so we were told.

We looked a flat at the back of that land over 4 years ago, and was told by the OWER that they would never build in front of us. Think they have built 3 blocks and as you say levelled out to the main road. Never believe any thing your told
