We are interested in looking at property in the Villa Martin but have heard that some areas are quite hilly. Are there particular areas that are very hilly in Villa Martin?

Thanks very much 😊

There are certainly hills in Villamartin, but then how long is a piece of string? Ben Nevis it isn't!

The area around La Fuente, where the Stray Sod bar is, is particularly hilly.

There is a canal running through Villamartin though, providing easy walks

If hills are a no-no, I suggest you look at property closer to the N332 road. That's also where most shops, bars etc are, including La Zenia Boulevard (the biggest shopping centre on the Costa Blanca)

Hope I've helped!

Hi LesB70

We are in Pau8 and its virtually flat slight incline walk up to the plaza but nothing to right home about, over the back from us Mirador is built into a hill, as Stevec2x has said Panarama, Blue Lagoon, Filipinas & El Galan are more undulating Los Dolses is also a reasonably flat area.

Moving closer to the coast then La Ceurda & Lomas Golf and along the coast Punta Prima, Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Los Alotos & La Florida are all reasonably flat.

Hi,

My sister lives in Villamartin and I visit quite often. I can confirm that the whole area of Villamartin is hilly except the small area where the shops and the Plaza are situated. I have spent many hours walking her dog and covered different areas within walking distance from her home and have usually had a hill to climb. It would not suit anyone who has a disability with walking.

Vilamartin is hills and steps ! No good for people who aren't 100% fit .
