Hi does anyone know if any apartments or the complex grounds in the mirador have been affected due to the storms?

Hi  there  I dont have any updates on flooding on the mirador site. I hope you dont mind but I saw that you have a property on this complex and took this opportunity to ask you some questions

I am thinking about visiting the complex to look at a couple of one bed apartments.  Can you tell me first hand rather than a agent what it's like.

Also running costs if you can.

Safety features

Permanent residents or rentals etc

I would be really grateful

Bus to the beach

Many thanks jac

Hi. I arrived at my apartment on Mirador last night. There is no obvious damage to apartments and my neighbours plus Markus the security guard have said any damage is minor. The wall in front of the old restaurant has partially collapsed and there are a couple of trees down. When I got to my apartment I found a very small amount of water in the lounge and bedroom. This seems to have come through the window frames - I have the old wooden ones. I will be getting them replace ASAP!

Hope that helps.
