Looking for some general advise and honesty via this forum. I’ve recently just registered to get an idea and personal opinions (good or bad) of moving to the area?

Ive been an expat all my life living in America, Middle East and far east through my working career and can adapt,  but Worried about the little. Ones...

anyone on here with the same experience and or position ,  that can devise would be great.

Hello.

Regarding moving to & living in Spain, huge changes are going to take place from Jan.2021 after the end of the Withdrawal Agreement.... some of your questions might be answered by reading the article below. If that throws up even more questions, ask away & hopefully someone, in the same position as you,  will be able to answer you

Hi

Thank you for posting the link. As we have now completed the purchase of our property in Rojales and neither my husband or I are of UK state pension age do you know if we will still be able to claim our UK state pension when we reach pensionable age in a couple of years time or would we need a UK address to be able to claim it

When you reach State Pension age you will be able have it paid into a Spanish Bank account, also you can contact DWP for your S1 Form to allow you to access free healthcare in Spain.

Hello, Yes no problem, I was already living here when I applied for mine  and it was a quick & easy procedure initially started by phone & has never been a problem , it goes straight into my

spanish bank, without fail, just goes up & down somewhat  in accordance with the exchange rate

Cheers
