I  suggest  you visit  the Area  yourself,  check in  evening,   Talk with  local permanent  Residents,  then  get  talking  with President  of  Community,  Go to nearby  Restaurants.

You  cannot  beat  local  knowledge,  every  Area has a small  bit of crime  it  society  we  live in.

Best of luck 👍

Hi

"Worth the money"? I'd say it depends what you want/need.

You will almost certainly want a car to get around because public transport is extremely limited around there.

If you say a few words about what you want - in particular, a holiday home or a permanent home, and will you have a car? - it would be easier to offer advice.

I don't believe that there's any particular problem with crime.

Cheers

Steve

Hello Fiona

As others have said , more info needed. How much are they  advertised For Sale and what are you getting for your money. Apts......inside/outside space, location, contents  etc. vary from one apartment  to another, so provide this information  so that others can judge the value.

Cheers

Elinspain

In answer to your questions yes the site is near Cheers bar. As regards price that depends on your own view. We have an apartment and we like it. What do you mean by safe? It's a gated development so gaining acess depends on how determined the people who want to break in.
