Disability and moving to Villamartin: anyone in same position?

Hi my name gemma.me and my husbamd and two children aged 10+8 are getting ready for the move to villamartin
My son has mild.cerebral palsy which affects mobiliy.. He can.walk just with less power. He is ready and able and mainstream school in uk! Wonderinv about registering with dr /hospital and arranging physio... Anyone in same position and could advise me...??
