Hi we have been winter renting for some years now in Torre de la Horadada the prices have gone up 200 Euros per Month so we have been looking to rent in other areas can but can’t find an agent can any one please recommend one. Also is it true that you can only rent now for 3 Months any longer and you have to take out a residence, if so what does that involve. Thanks, Gren
