I am residing in the Villamartin area and I require someone to look at a Balay electronic ts 930 washing machine with Spanish instructions the machine will not spin nor drain. Open to suggestions and recommendations for reliable tradesperson.

Have you tried emptying the filter as this can stop it from draining and spinning ?
