Can anyone give me a rough idea how long it takes once you have been to police station to have finger prints etc taken for your TIE cards to go back to collect cards?  We are going to Alicante on 23 November. Thank you

Hello

Yes  as Golandrina said, 4 weeks seems to be about the length of time.  I did find on the forum , a phone number you can call to see if your card is ready for collection.. why not .make a note, it might be useful to you later  Tel : 965125531

Cheers

Hi Lynda,

When you go to your appointment on 23 November, providing everything is in order, you'll be given a "resguardo" (receipt), which will have a "Lote" number on it.  You can either call Alicante to check whether your card is available (give them your Lote number), or look out for updates on this forum. Other members collecting their cards are advising which Lote numbers are being issued at Alicante, as the foreigners' office updates a sign displayed where you go to collect your TIE.

Kind regards,

Kim
