paying non resident tax

Can somebody please advise me if you get charged by spanish banks to pay non resident tax in branch if you dont have a spanish bank account as i use wise and starling to pay my bills

I’ve just started using Wise instead of Sabadell to pay my direct debits, I’ve still got bank avctnopen but will be closing it as so as all DD’s seamlessly switch to Wise. I would think that you could pay the NR tax payment via Wise or Starling if you have one of their debit cards?
