Is there any place that shows English language films in their original language?  Los Alcazares and Pilar both seem to be closed.  Does Torrevieja (near Habanera shopping centre) still show some?

Yes IMF cinema in Torrevieja show one film daily in English just check the website for screenings marked VO (Voice Original).

Thanks.  I knew they used to screen films in their original English but I wasn't sure if they still did.  I'll google the IMF/vOS as you suggest.
