Repsol and Naturgy Accounts
Back in 2016/7 the gas supplier for our apartment was changed from Repsol to Gas Natural (Naturgy). At the time our keyholders signed the transfer forms but neither them nor us received any paperwork including a contract and have never received a paper bill from them since. The payments are made through DD each month and there is no account number on the bank statement. Our problem is, that we have recently taken a long term let at the apartment and the tenants have been trying to change the bills over to their names but this is proving impossible with Naturgy for the above reasons. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, did you manage to resolve it or just get the tenants to pay you directly? Any advice greatly accepted.
