The property we intend to buy has had utilities disconnected.
Does anyone have any idea or re connection costs?All bills are up to date owner has requested be cut off.

The Solicitor you will instruct on the purchase will do all this for you. Contact them and give them the address they will do the rest

in 2015 I paid around 80 euros for each utility to be reconnected. Lawyer dealt with organizing teconnection
We had to have a new habitation certificate for water reconnection which required an architect to do plans at a cost of €500!
