We have hired an apartment for our holiday next year and I was just wondering if there was a Carrefour near Villamartin Plaza

I would say Mercadona near La Fuente is the biggest. Assuming you have a hire car  it's only 5 mins from the Plaza. There are smaller stores near the Plaza itself

Hi Pete, thanks very much for your really helpful reply. We are going for a couple of weeks so won't need to do a really big shop although we do like to look around Carrefour when we are on holiday.

Hi,

We will be staying in Villamartin for 2 weeks next September, but would like to know if anybody could recommend a good hire car company at Alicante Airport please.

Holiday Autos.

Goldcar / Firefly are the cheapest. Buy your car hire excess on line  before you pick your car up. Tell them when you pick the car up you have your own excess insurance. Always go full to full on the fuel

With regards car hire I agree get your excess insurance online we did for the year.  Then book your car via GoSpain online so cheap and all the car hire companies are on there
