Are there any supermarkets that deliver groceries to a villa?

Look at the supermarket websites.
For examples, Consum and Mercadona deliver to some areas, but not to all.

Hi, we live in Pau 8, and used Mercadona home delivery on our last visit. The cost for delivery was approx 7 euro , arrived on time , easy to set up online.

Can I do it from the UK prior to arriving and is there an English site for the supermarket?

I have only used it the once when we were in Spain . The registration can be translated into English, but when you go into the shopping isles they were in Spanish. I've a feeling you had to have a land line telephone number . Hope this helps .

We are in Villamartin close to Morgan’s bar and we use Mercadona. Excellent service!
