We are looking for a person who will maintain our pool while we are in residence and absent from our villa. Our villa is about 1 km from Adsubia. Ideally, this person would also be willing to water a small number potted plants and oversee the functioning of a drip irrigation system.

Hi all. We are moving in a couple of months from the UK to the Adsubia region.

We have a cat also and I would like to ask if anyone has been in this situation and how did you co-ordinate the move like taking your possessions and the cat. Did you drive and take the cat, did the cat go by pet air? So many questions but we have so much to take and need to make sure our cat is happy and comfortable too so any tips are very much appreciated. Thanks a lot

I particularly need a freezer, washing machine and at least one double bed, possibly also another double or two singles.

Also, I am interested in a small 3 piece lounge suite.

We have just completed on a partly reformed casa del pueblo in Vall de Gallinera and are looking for an architect or building designer to help complete the job. Ideally we would like someone specialising in older properties who can manage the ayuntamiento /permissions as well as managing builders and suppliers on our behalf.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Also looking for a painter to spruce up downstairs in the interim - had a look on forum here and contacted one in Orbs but closer alternative might be useful
