Hi all, we're an Irish family relocating to Benijofar this July. We have been looking for a property to rent for many months now, but we are finding it almost impossible to find anywhere at this stage. We've been let down by two properties so far. We're looking for a minimum 6 months contract, but we're happy to have a one year contract if that's preferred. We have stayed there a few times over the past year and have loved it. We visited the local school in February, which our 3 children really want to attend in September. So we have to live in Benijofar for this to happen. Our plan is to purchase our own home, but we do need to rent first when we arrive. There will be two adults, three children (ages 11,8&4) & our small Jack-A-Poo dog (who is fully toilet trained) living in the house. At least three bedrooms would be preferred. We would really appreciate anyones help in finding us a rental property. We will treat it like our own home with full respect. Hi guys, we are Rena and Neal Richards, and our 13 yr old son is Scott; he often enjoys playing with children younger than himself. We are considering moving to spain and home schooling, but are mindful of Scott's need to mix socially. Are there any other home schoolers out there? We currently have a small place in Benijofa, but are looking at a bigger place between Guardamar and Rojales. We are coming out for 10 days at the end of May, so would love to meet up if there are any friendly people homeschooling out there, Regards, Rena

Can anyone tell me where I  can do some form of exercise class e.g. Pilates, Zumba or Yoga in Benjifar or Rojales between 10am - 4pm

Hello does anybody know where i can get one of these keys cut? I've tried 3 different ferreteria shops in formentera and almoradi and the UK its an apartment key for my front door some shops have said its a safe key. 

Hi everyone myself and my husband bought a house in benimar last year and hopefully retire to , now we are getting itchy feet and we’re wondering is there any work especially for my husband , we are Irish with Irish passports and aged 56 and husband is 57 but a hard worker , he is in cranes and rigging here but would do anything
