It is quite hard to determine the specific dates of the main fiesta in Sanet for 2017. It is always "the first week in September" and sometimes starts in August if this overlaps. Does anyone know whether that means this year it will start on 27th August or 3rd September?

Looking to buy a good second hand car at the end of January for about 10,000 euros will need a good sized boot and 4/5 doors. If I buy second hand what is the process for registering the car and how can I check that it has no outstanding debt and are there any taxes I need to be aware of?

I am looking at the idea of an assisted living complex in Sanet Y Negrals and notice there is a block of apartments empty in the la Urbanizacion Monte Sol which could fit the bill. Does anyone know when this complex of apartments were built, the condition of these apartments and how long they have stood empty?
