Hello,

I had solar installed last year but not connected to the house as we realised the house needed a rewire to make it safe and comparable.

Due to the pandemic this has taken months and I have only just managed to get back to Spain.

The solar company has disappeared as the owner and his family died of covid.

Everything is all wired in I just can't figure out how you get the inverters working in parallel. So I need someone with some knowledge to do this. I am sure it is quite simple if you know what buttons to press in the application.

I have contacted a load of solar installers who just don't want to know if you don't buy a system off of them.

Please help!

I am looking for an experienced and reliable person to fix a roof.

Area  North of El Altet.

I am looking for a reliable Electrician who can run some underground cables (tubes already installed) from my solar to my house. 

I will also require them to potentially re wire the cable to my well pump or Change the connections that are already there as it keeps tripping (pulp company has said it is not the pump that is at fault).

Located in between Torrellano and Altet.

Can anyone recommend a kitchen fitter/carpenter in the Altet area who is available at the start of July?

Hi, as I sit in sunny lockdown in UK, I am considering different areas where my next house in Spain will be. We sold our Spanish holiday home almost 2 years ago and now looking to buy another one. One of the things I didn’t like was having to rent a car, as we were approx 40 mins from Alicante airport. So we have been looking around Gran Alicante, but wonder if it is a bit too built up. So we are thinking perhaps somewhere around Torrellano would be suitable - get taxi from airport and have our own car waiting at our new home. I have seen quite a few nice looking houses on plot from 1000sq m upwards. I have even read that I can catch the train to either Elche or Alicante and it is only a 15 min or so drive to the beach.

SO what do you think about the area, would we find plenty restaurants, bars, shops etc.

The pharmacy will give you repeat prescription as long as you keep the outdated one. You will have to pay but they will reimburse you when you are allowed to return to your doctor after all this is over

Has anyone seen what to do as I need to renew my UK driving licence to a Spanish one given the latest lockdown, mine is very near the renewal date as i will 70 years old soon.
