understand that non resident home owners must apply for tourist licence if they invite there family to stay .6

Seems to be doing the rounds on FB but don't think its true / confirmed. It relates to persons needing Visas to visit Spain and UK/EU residents do not, and will not, require this. We will still have visa free travel to Schengen.

Obvs if your relatives are not from a country that is exempt from having to have a visa then it may be different.

as I understand it you only need a TL if actually renting out your property, non paying guests are ok.Algorfa isnt issuing them anyway at the moment.
