What’s the correct procedure for suggesting a change in Administration Company?
I don’t know who the President is and I believe they changed at the last AGM, so we can’t contact them.
Should we email the current admin as a collective?
Just like the president, you can vote to change administrators at an AGM or, if desperate, call an EGM. You need to find out who and where your president is first.

Hi,
we voted last year to change our administrator, our president was very efficient and got three quotes for a new administration company, which we also voted on. We then gave the current administrator notice and chose a new one. It was a lot of work for our president, but very easy for the rest of us!

That’s good to know. It’s a shame that we can’t just tell the admin co why we’re not happy and ask them to improve.

Yes you can, we told them what we were not happy with and gave them time to improve but still same issues! I am sure some will improve to keep your business.
