Doctors surgery

Does anyone know the address of Dr. Salek Ali Mohamed El Abd. He has been allocated as our
doctor and we would like to know where he is, in case we need him. Thanks

It sounds like an error. Take the document you were given by INSS to your local medical centre and ask to register with them. They'll allocate a doctor in that centre, and issue you with a SIP card.

You can ask to be taken on at any medical centre, but you don't have the right to inisist on being taken on.
