Hi there I have bought a holiday home in a Pego and want to bring my furniture over myself from the UK in a Luton van does anyone have advice what I need to do to clear customs ? I can’t find the forms or any info ??

Set up am inventory stating appr. value of every item and mention "for customs purpose only- no commercial value" have it stamped by you nearerst Spanish consulate abroad. For Spanish customs provide proof of residence (certificado de empadronamiento) or similar.

Killjoy why answer non residents with an incorrect answer. They are purchasing " a holiday home" not becoming residents. Also as non residents they should not be on the padron. There is very little info on requirements for non residents to transport own belongings but everything needs to be used, over 6 months old, inventory in english and Spanish. This does not guarantee charges will not be applicable. There are many threads on the subject I suggest the poster just needs to research this forum with location set as everywhere
