Dogs weighing over 25 kgs. are considered dangerous and subject to licenses and permits for both dog and owner. Enquire in your Council first.

I'm not sure this is correct.

All the features on the list must be evident, not just one, such as weight, otherwise a chihuahua with short hair would be considered dangerous.
Try shelters rather than buying.
