Is there a bus that runs from Los Altos to Torrevieja & back again please & if so where exactly does it go from? We have a holiday home in Dreamhills 2 so I need to know how to get to the stop from that urbanisation please.

I am not sure where dream hills is but you will have to walk down to Punta prima and the torrevieja bus goes from outside consume.it’s the DF.I live beside Centro Commercial in Los Altos so I get the bus from there.There is a bus stop outside torrevieja university hosp but I don’t know if you can get a bus from dream hills to there
Thank you for this. I think I know where you mean by the Centro Comercial. Is it the one with The Lara Cars rental depot please? If so it's quite near me & would be perfect.

Yes that’s the one,if you walk up past the chino shop around the corner,the bus stop is outside the launderette.one bus goes down to the beach and the same bus comes up from the beach and goes to torrevieja.make sure to ask the driver before you get on bus,Rocio del mar or torrevieja

Hi.
I also have a house not far from there. If you get an AVANZA bus card you can get discounted bus fare. You pay 22 euros for the card initially, so its 2 euros for the card and 20 euros worth of bus journeys. You can top it up on the bus or at the bus station. I bought my card at the bus station - the airport bus station, not the one where the DF bus drops off in Eras de la Sal. You might be able to get one from the drivers there.
It takes the fare down from 1 euro 55 to 60 cents. You can also use it for the airport bus and it takes it down from 7 euros to 3 euros 15 so quite a saving. Every time you use it it shows on your bus ticket how much credit you've got left.

Hi Joanne60 can I get this Bus Card in Alicante Airport? And where do I get it from?
Also does it have an expiry date? As I have a holiday home there and visit like 5 times a year…
