Hi, first thing to do is check the speed of the WiFi, that can be done at below links

Assuming you have 20 Mbps or more then you can stream English TV, several other factors come into this such as the quality of stream but if you select SD / standard definition 20 Mbps should be enough, you do realise streaming will use a lot of data.

There was someone on here yesterday offering firestick pre loaded with TV but if it's free to watch you want that's easily achieved without a subscription though you may need a VPN as well.

First off test your speed at the below links.

You could buy an android tv box which connects to your Internet and TV which, when loaded with a good app will give you all UK tv channels plus more.

Android tv box approx €50

Tv app (Tvmucho) around €70 per annum.

If I were you I would not discount an Android box, we use an Android box when in Spain, if your capable of setting it up yourself it's by far the cheapest option, we pay 59 euro anually for our IPTV which gives all UK TV, box sets and movies.

If your preference is using a firestick for your IPTV, I would suggest buying an ethernet adapter to turn it into a wired connection. It will reduce buffering
