We used Staysure for travel insurance. We had to cancel in mid April as I caught covid.All the necessary documents were sent by post and email.It is now end of July and all I have received is 2 emails saying they are very busy and it will take 6 weeks to reply.You can't ring the claims office. Be aware when taking out insurance,they are quick to take your money,no delays there!
