Go to the local police and report it as a robbery. Guardia will do nothing.

Is it a holiday home, or do you live here ?.

At times like these you do not involve the Spanish Police. If you are not upto it, pay someone to physically remove them. The more  batterings they get the less likely they will be to just think they can take what is not theirs.

If you have home insurance, check your policy. I recently renewed with Generali, and included is " Recovery of property occupied by squatting in the home ".

It's poor advice to encourage people to break the law, and promote violence..

Maybe it is. But until the Spanish Police take action, which they famously don't, then it is the only course open. If they took over my property I wouldn't stop beating them.

Hi, I'm over 60 but in your position I'd go straight to the property and squat there myself alongside the squaters and really piss them off until they get fed up and leave. What can they do, beat me up in my own property, that would be a sure way of getting the poilce to arrest them, though it will be sad to see my belongings destroyed by a group of gypsy squatters while I'm there

I was in the property when they forced the door . I'm well into my seventies.  They attacked me and I'm still recovering from the injuries.

The guardia allowed them to stay in the house
