Sewage smells Urb. Lago Jardin

Checking out properties, is sewage smell an issue here on urb. Lago jardin, torrevieja?

I live on Lago Jardin and never smelt sewage. It's a lovely complex, friendly and well kept. It's also an extremely healthy place to live with the Salt lakes being so close.

Do you mean that inside some properties there's a smell, as opposed to the whole area?
If so, and the property has been left empty for some time, the issue is that the water in the traps below the sink/basin/bath etc has evaporated, allowing sewage smells to enter the house. The smell will disappear within minutes of running the taps.

I think she means the smell of sewage you can regularly smell almost everywhere in Torrevieja.

In 15 years I've never smelt sewage by mine (los balcones) or in Torrevieja Town.
Only place I've smelt some is up by the water plant by Lime Bar Dream Hills
