CHOIR
Does anyone know of a choir/singing group I can join - Torrevieja/Orihuela costa area?
I will be in spain 90 days x twice per year only. Many of the choirs are reluctant to accept members unless they can commit 100%.
Thanks

Just picked up your request for a singing group . sorry if it is too late, but in Quesada, we are attempting to bring back to life what was once Torrevieja Barbershop Harmonisers, which has suffered recently because of dwindling numbers, but hoping to revive. Barbershop may not be your thing, but give it a go, it is brilliant, once you get the hang of 4 part harmony.

New Rock
Choir to begin in Quesada area. Inspirational Rock and popular music of all
genres and from all eras 1950s to 2000s. Weekly rehearsal Wednesday 5.15 –
with a view to working towards performances.
Sopranos, Altos, Tenors and Bass singers wanted with the opportunity to
sing the melody line; however harmonising is required by all sections, so that the choir sounds
fabulous. Our aim is to have fun and
sing the songs we all want to sing. Post here, or PM to join or ask a
question.

Thanks for the information. Sounds amazing. Unfortunately I can't do rehearsals on a Wednesday.
