My husband has run all his life, he's 74 now, having people for company would be great. He's had problems with some sort of calf injury on and off for a while so only doing 4 to 5 miles at the moment alternating with walking. A club in Torrevieja would be best

Torrevieja walking football over 50sI would love to start a walking football team for us over 50s. We have just moved to torrevieja and i really enjoyed playing walking football back home .If anyone interested or knows where we can set this up I would be very interested in hearing from you. I am not permanently in Spain but like to run regularly when I am and in your husband's age group. I usually run along the yellow brick road for 5K. I did enquire a while ago whether there was a parkrun in Torrevieja but there was none. It seems ideal for us as I run it regularly in the UK. If anyone wishes to set it up I would be glad to assist when out there. I know there is now a 5k route at same time as half marathon but do not know where that is.
