HELP ME FIND SOMETHING SMALLER.

In the not too distant future I am going to have to find somewhere new. Anno dominae is creeping up and it's become difficult to manage my 6000sqm plot which will be for sale. Here is a list of my requirements. If you have something that fits please pm me, I would love to hear from you.
1. Not on an urb or in town.
2. Inland from the coast by a few miles, say 20, is fine.
3. Detached property with no more than two bedrooms with up to about 2000sqm plot . Fit to move into immediately.
4. Plot ideally to contain a large shed or outbuilding, or space for one.
5. No immediate neighbours would be nice, they tend to create problems!! I don't have any at present and I like that.
If you have knowledge of something that might fit, please let me know. I am looking between Santa Pola and San Javier and inland up to 20km or so.
