I'm considering purchasing a property on carrer Mostoles but was wondering how busy this road is? It looks (on google maps) like one of the more important / busier roads. In other words, if I sit outside in the garden/terrace am I going to get bothered by lots of cars going past?

Hi Folks  My wife and I , aged 89 and 93 , have jointly owned a villa in Moraira for over 40 years and are planning to transfer the ownership to our daughter.  There will not be an actual sale via an estate agency but as we have had the property independently valued at over 500k   will she be able to apply for a Golden Visa  based on this valuation  ??    

Also , although she will be the new sole owner of the property will her  partner of several years standing  be able to also apply for a Golden Visa  based on our daughters ownership and their joint  longstanding co- habitation ??

I am part way on purchasing a property in Moraira , this should be completed by around August latest . I have to apply for a NIE whilst i am in the UK .Does any one have any advice for this application and also just how accommodating and helpful is the Spanish Consul in London .

Hi guys. 
I have feeder chairs and feeder rods and Im looking for somewhere to fish where I can park near my peg as not massively mobile. 
Im in Moraira but do have a car and happy to drive say 30 miles either way. 

I have a licence for freshwater fishing. Obviously day ticket preferred
