Hi I am in the process of purchasing a property in Queseda from a bank,(repossesion). The property price agreed was €255.000, I was originally told the tax would be 10% of the purchase price + notary and legal costs etc. The quotes I had were the notary €600, legal charges €1200 +. The total costs approx €282/€283k.

Hello Everyone
Can anyone help please! I have been trying to upload my selfie photo on BLS booking webpage so that I can book my appointment in Manchester for my non lucrative visa. I am using latest version of Google chrome, not wearing spectacles as instructed and the background of photo is light. When I follow the process of taking one selfie photo, nodding head so that it takes second verification photo I get a message on the screen saying INVALID IMAGE FORMAT and I cant continue. I have tried to contact BLS but no answer. Has anyone encountered this when trying to book a appointment or are aware of anyone who has. Frustrating as all we need to do is sort the photo and our appointment will be booked.
I have emailed BLS with a complaint so will have to wait for a reply, time is ticking and our medical certificate expires in a month so need to get to the consulate to hand in our paperwork ASAP.
