I had an appointment this morning at the ITV station in Benidorm.
I was informed by the ITV staff that I would have to wait several hours as some of the ITV testers were on strike.
I was told that I would have to wait with the car, I could not leave it or return later.
Be prepared for a long wait if you need an ITV.
Or go somewhere where they are not on strike.
You can do it at any time, you do not have to wait until the last minute.
If you do it one month before it's due you will get a 13 month certificate.
