I think you’ll find there are more than half a million illegals in the U.K. who contribute nothing and more than half a million who are here looking to be legitimate and contribute nothing.
I don’t condone any of it but I suppose the illegal Brits in Spain actually do contribute as you certainly don’t get anything for nothing in Spain and probably work hard but don’t pay taxes.

Would it not make more sense to petition the EU or the Spanish government directly?
