Black and white cat missing

Hi. My cat Ziggy has been missing for three weeks in montemar urbanisation. He's chipped and neutered and had a yellow collar on with a QT disc on it. He has a black nose with quite a lot of white on his front.
He's very tame and friendly doesn't scratch or bite so easily picked up if you see him.
I've been told by various people in the area that a cat matching his description has been seen around as recently as Christmas Eve.
