I currently have Freeview TV via a set top box and sat dish but recently it keeps freezing up so thinking of changing to IPTV instead there is a chap in Zoco who sells this, so 2 questions. Is IPTV any good and has anyone used the guy in Zoco market to have it installed plus how much is it ( oh that's 3 questions) any info would be really helpful.

There are at least 3 or 4 people selling IPTV at Zoco market , each system will vary slightly.

List what you want from the system and then ask the questions  as they are all fairly similar in price.

Do you want sports   Ie just football or do you want all sports American, football, basketball etc.

Is catch-up tv important if so do you want 7, 14 or 28 days

Do you require regional tv, so you can catch up on what’s happening back in your area.

Some systems will give you tv channels right across the globe, others restrict you to European tv.

Movies - some systems will have a bigger choice of movies, others are quicker at getting out the latest releases.

Box sets - similar to movies it down to choice. Some will have tons of the American series, but that’s not much good it you prefer to watch Dads Army from episode 1. Some are quicker at getting Netflix, Amazon new releases, whilst others are good at showing new series on ITV X etc.

Ask all the resellers , nearly all will give you a free trial before you buy, as long as you have your own viewing platform, whether it’s smart tv, box, or firestick.  If you can’t provide your own equipment you can either provide your own or buy a box or firestick from the seller.

I've always had IPTV since moving to Spain. You would need a stable Internet to avoid buffering.

I bought an android tv box from Amazon.es (around €60) and installed the teeveeing app. I get almost all uk tv channels (and catchup services) and some worldwide channels. Its around €80 per annum and no need to pay out for a VPN.
