Please can anyone tell me what time of day is it cheaper electricity,someone has told me it will s expensive between 8-10pm is this true ?

We're with Iberdrola, and it all depends on the potencia you're contracted for, the tariff you're on and the meter you have fitted.
For example, we're on the Plan Noche, where the cheap rate is from 10 p.m. through to mid-day in winter, and 11 p.m. to 1 p.m. in summer.

At some point, smart meters should be fitted, which will be read remotely, and the price will vary throughout the day.
We have friends who moved to a 'cheaper' supplier some while ago, but on three checks I've done, we're paying 10% less than they are.
