We are looking to move to Algorfa area. My husband is under Torrevieja Hospital. Can he stay there?

Algorfa is definitely Vega Baja hospital, and if your husband transfers to a doctor in that Vega Baja hospital area, then that's where they would send him, along with the specialist centre in Orihuela.
If your husband stays registered with his present doctor, that might work but I don't know.
