If Algorfa has a public health centre there shouldn't be an issue, however, it will also depend on your circumstances. Do you already have a SIP or is this your first time?

We need a bit more information from you to answer the question.
Presuming you are resident and of pension age, have you been issued with an S1. in which case it needs to be registered with your local INSS (Orihuela) who will issue the confirmation form to obtain the SIP card from the allocated salud.
Or after the qualification period are you wanting to pay into Spanish Healthcare?
