Each to their own but I like Mulligatawny soup!

I have been able to buy it in local Johnson's stores, Iceland at La Marina, and Torrevieja, and shops in Quesada etc.

But not any more! It seems to have disappeared from the shelves everywhere!

Is there anyone out there, who knows where I can get some in the Guardamar, Quesada, or Torrevieja areas, before I have to revert to mail order!

Thank you.

John

Ha ha I feel his pain Kim, and shall bemoan this fact the next time I see him!

Likewise, if you find a supplier please let us know!

Next winter I shall become a soup hoarder!

Too many gadgets eh!? 😂

Hard woman? Never! 😉

Hope to see you both soon, love and hugs to you both too!

I do often see your posts on here, and not many on facetube!

Your old man and me need to synchronize the soup hoarding next winter!

😘😘

This might seem like a daft question, but why not make it? Start with a small batch, and tweak further batches until you've created a recipe that suits your taste, then do a large batch and freeze it in portion sizes. You could even start by buying a rich vegetable soup and add the extra ingredients like curry powder. If you want to thicken it, you could just add flour, but I'd prefer to use ground almonds or pan rallado (fine breadcrumbs).

Over the years I've developed quite a few recipes to suit my taste, like raised pork pies, white gazpacho, flapjack, almond slices etc etc, and they're much more satisfying than buying from a shop.

Thank you Jim,

It might just be the solution.
