If you’re enrolled on the padron your ayuntamiento normally run free classes.
Lots of bars run them - but as we’re approaching the holiday season , you might have to wait awhile - same with the ayuntamiento classes.
Lots of apps on line , (but beware of Latin Spanish)
Or see the advert on here for James Spanish School

I can recommend James Spanish School, he has face to face lessons at Pilar de Horada or an online pre recorded course, I have done the online course and it is highly recommended, I also have face to face lessons with a group in the UK, I am 3 years in and there is no quick fix 😊

Contact [email protected]. Mar is Spanish but speaks fluent English and German, and also a little Chinese. She runs on-line individual classes. When you contact her tell her that Carole advised you of her details.

Spanish post:
If you have your own computer with an internet connection you can go to YouTube Spanish tv for children. Lots of important basic easy to understand and follow Spanish basic lessons (sometimes with English and Spanish subtitles), and you can press replay and go at your own speed. Suggest you do it in bite size stages and replay the YouTube clip a few times. They show the actions and speak at the same time so it is easier to follow (with subtitles). Some words are similar to English words. For example, hospital. In Spanish you do not pronounce the letter 'h', but the word is spelt the same as in English. Generally, Spanish people have a habit of speaking a million words per second, and you have two types of Spanish. Before I go to my local Spanish post office I use Google Spanish translation and have a go at pronouncing my Spanish. I then write down the Spanish translation and try to speak in Spanish with the friendly Spanish post office staff who are always happy to help me. I've made many errors, but I have improved, and in return they have improved their English, German, French and Dutch language skills. In a friendly practical way we all learn to speak some different languages; we all laugh.
Some Spanish words are similar to French words.
Collect some free Spanish brochures from the shops and type the words in Google search engine to pronounce them correctly.
