Job vacancy: Customer Service Executive

Salary €20,000 (based on experience)
We produce educational guides for individuals buying property or moving overseas. These guides have helped thousands of people purchase their dream property safely in Spain.
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our customer service orientated sales team, based in our friendly Costa del Sol office.
This is a sales role, therefore the capability to sell will be a key requirement, however what sets us apart is our customer centric approach to selling. We form meaningful relationships with our clients that enable them to safely buy the property of their dreams.
Main Responsibilities
The following includes, but is not extensive or exclusive of, the tasks and responsibilities of OGC Client Services Representatives (callers).
- • Contacting prospective clients and gathering customer information (including budget, time frames, specifics of property, financing etc).
- • Increasing and developing sales via referrals while offering excellent customer service.
- • Ensuring meeting both team and individual targets
Role Requirements
- • 3+ years of Customer service experience
- • Able to confidently sell over the phone
- • Experience working to KPIs would be a bonus but is not essential
- • Experience in the Overseas Property Market will also be advantageous
