Depends what you want, if it's the basic free to air UK channels or all channels including sky cinema plus all the sports etc, if it's the latter then IPTV

As usual with these new apps they are designed for use only in the UK. Wouldn't you need to prove you had a TV licence? And for use in Spain a VPN as well?

Yes you would need to use a VPN to use freely in Spain, my current surfshark deal cost me £58 for 26 months so not a big deal, as always do your homework and search out the best deal, there are free VPNs, I believe Proton are free, I cannot comment on these as I have never used them.
