We are a couple in their sixties and want to spend the winters on the Costa Blanca. We have been exploring this coast for several years during the holidays and are charmed by Altea. Sorry for any language errors, we are Dutch but love the English language (and there is always Google translate when necessary 😀)
I think you will love it. Lots of Dutch and Belgians around Mascarat. We are English and in our 60s and like that it is not spoiled like some of the big tourist areas. Some amazing restaurants and coastline. Covid has spoiled our first two years ownership but we will be regular visitors
