Long term rental in or around Altea , Albir or La Nucia

Hi
We are looking for a 3 bed property preferably in Altea or would consider surrounding areas. We want it to be a permanent long term for the forseeable future. We rented our last house for 3 years in Cabo Roig, however after visiting Altea we fell in love with the area.
We would preferably want one that will allow a dog, it is fully house trained and we are exceptionally clean people, healthy lifestyle, don't smoke etc.
Our budget is around 700 euros a month.
