where to buy things good cheap bars and restaurants

Hello
Staying in Cap Negret close to water sports center end of September early october
Does anybody speaking English want to earn a few euros helping us around with
advice or transport taking us around altea area and albir and calpe marryvilla area
also to market & shops in altea want to find good medium priced restaurant's bars
and shops we will probably rent a car from Alicante airport but are there any car hire places
close to Cap negret or altea.

I become Officially retired in September & want to give my wife a nice holiday.
