Please advice where I can buy rough wholemeal flour near me in the Altea area.
I want to make Irish BROWN bread ... this is different to what many people outside of southern Ireland call soda bread . For brown bread I need rough wholemeal flour
Hi. I’m not sure you will get rough wholemeal flour here. But in Mercadona they sell strong spelt flour which has a courseness to it, I use it a good brown flour. x

Hi not sure it’s 00 but pizza flour I’ve seen in Mercadona 👍
